Accessibility and Web Standards
This site is designed for accessibility. If you experience any problems accessing content, please inform the site administrator as soon as possible. Pages are constructed using valid XHTML for markup and CSS for visual presentation. Please report non-validating pages. The site does not require that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
Screen Fonts
Windows 2000 and XP Users: If some of the fonts have jagged edges you can smooth them by enabling ClearType. Changes take effect at the system level and will improve type rendering on all the web sites you visit. This technology works best on flat (LCD) displays, but CRT users may also notice improvements. See Microsoft’s instructions on How to Enable ClearType for details. (Font smoothing using ClearType is enabled by default on Internet Explorer 7.)
